What should I wear?
Semi-formal cocktail attire is encouraged. Greens, browns, oranges, pinks, florals, and animal prints are encouraged.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! Please include them on your registration form. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Are children invited?
Yes! Little cubs are welcome. Please include them in your RSVP so we can make sure there is enough room, food, and safari magic for everyone.
Will there be dinner and drinks?
Absolutely. No one is being sent into the wild hungry. Guests can expect cocktails, dinner, dessert, and plenty of time to celebrate.
Zoo Access
Your celebration pass includes zoo access for the day from 10am to 5pm. Come early, wander the grounds, visit the animals, and get yourself fully in the safari spirit before the evening begins. Totally optional, highly encouraged. Mention you are there for The Littlest Heroes or the evening event at Stillwater Place.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — ample parking is available on site at no charge. That said, we encourage rideshare for evening guests so everyone can celebrate freely.If driving, please park in the Lion lot where the shuttle will pick up guests and transport them to the Stillwater venue.
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Stillwater Place is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue within the zoo near the carousel. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio, and dinner and dancing will move inside for the evening.
Is there a registry?
No need to pack a gift in your safari bag.If you would still like to give something, we would be honored for gifts to support The Littlest Heroes, an organization close to our hearts that helps families facing pediatric cancer. What does The Littlest Heroes do?
The Littlest Heroes provides emergency financial assistance, meals, monthly groceries, hospital parking, and wraparound support to families battling pediatric cancer in Northeast Ohio.Visit thelittlestheroes.org/donate
Is there a shuttle?
Yes! There is a shuttle from the Lion Lot straight to the doors of the Stillwater Place venue. Below is a map if you prefer to walk from the parking lots. If you prefer to walk, please tell the ticket gate you are there for the event at Stillwater Place. The shuttle will run on a loop until 11pm.
